Buyer’s Agreement
Buyer agrees to provide care from this day forward to his/her new pet. This includes providing adequate food, water, exercise, shelter, veterinary care, and, of course, lots of love.
Buyer agrees never to sell, trade, or surrender the pet to any agency without giving prior notice to the Breeder.
Buyer agrees that breeder will have first option of reclaiming the pet if he/she is being rehomed for any circumstance. Full Rights AKC is NOT to be transferred without consent of original breeder (Red Barn Farms Minis).
Buyer agrees that the adoption fee is non-refundable and there is no reimbursement if the adoption does not work out. HOWEVER, we will take back any of our babies no matter condition, age, or circumstances, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Buyer agrees that all expenses incurred after he/she takes possession of his/her new pet will be his/her sole responsibility and breeder is released of any and all liabilities whether financially or other.
All pups sold with Limited AKC Registration and/or spay/neuter contract are sold as PET ONLY, and will NOT be bred. If said pup is bred, the buyer will be sued for the full amount expected from a breeding bitch, $16,000. This number is calculated by average 4 puppies per litter, 4 litters per dam, and $1,000 per puppy.
If buyer defies any portion of this contract, the buyer will be in breach of contract.
Breeder guarantees the pet to be free of any and all diseases. It is the new owner’s responsibility to take his/her new pet to the vet within 72 hours to verify his/her new pet’s health. Beyond this 72 hour period, we will only guarantee the pet to be free of genetic defects. Please see our health guarantee for further details of our genetic health guarantee.

Genetic Health Guarantee
All of our puppies, regardless of registration type, will come with a 2-year health guarantee. All puppies will be guaranteed to be free of any diseases when they leave our premises, and buyer must take the puppy to the vet within 72 hours to verify this. When purchased at 8 weeks old, puppies will have one received NeoPar (parvovirus) vaccine at approximately 5 weeks of age and a 5-way vaccine at approximately 7 weeks of age, and dewormed numerous times – however, this guarantee does not cover parasites such as worms, giardia, or coccidia as they are very common, sometimes tricky, in puppies. However, we do use all preventive measures here to prevent your puppy having any of these. If within the first two years of life, a qualified veterinarian detects a life-threatening genetic disorder to be serious enough to warrant the euthanization of the dog, the report needs to be sent to us, the breeder, within 7 days of initial finding. I will have a licensed veterinarian interpret the report. If my veterinarian concurs, I will be willing to replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or lesser value, upon the return of your dog's registration papers and euthanization report.
Our Genetic Health Guarantee is only applicable IF said dog/puppy is bred by us; we cannot guarantee other people’s lines. However, if a problem ever occurs, I can do my best to put you in contact with the original breeder.
Our Genetic Health Guarantee is transferable IF I am notified of the transfer of ownership (stated in the contract). The guarantee is only valid for the first two years of life.
While I can guarantee providing you with a healthy companion; I cannot guarantee adult color, size, conformation, nor the ability to breed.
